Unable to log in to SMACC
Note: The troubleshooting steps listed here do not apply to Single Sign On-enabled orgs.
Here are the most common issues that can cause problems when logging in to SMACC.
- Confirm your login credentials (username and password) are correct.
- Reset your password.
- Confirm your browser bookmark directs you to the correct login (https://app.smacc.io/login).
First login in SMACC
To work with SMACC you need an invitation. This will be sent by your company admin via email.
You have not received an email?
Please check your spam folder. If you don’t find an email, please contact your internal SMACC administrator, he can send you a new invitation.
Instructions for administrators:
- Open the company settings (main menu/client).
- Select Users
- Search for the user in the list
- Check the “ACTIVE” status of the user
Red Cross:
The user has not confirmed his/her registration yet. Click the Mail icon to send a new activation link.
Green check mark:
If the user is marked with a green check mark, the user has already confirmed his/her invitation. You cannot send him/her a new invitation. If the user has any problems with login, he/she should reset his/her password.
The invitation (email) is older than 5 days?
The activation link is valid for 5 days, if you have not confirmed the invitation in this time the validity of the link has expired. Please contact your internal SMACC administrator, he can send you a new activation link.
Did you forget the password you set during registration?
