The effort on the part of the client should be kept as low as possible. He just reads in all receipts and invoices and sends them automatically and without comment to his mailbox in the SMACC cloud. This can be done with just one push of a button via a special SMACC scanner, which transfers the documents and clearly assigns them to the client. However, this can also be done using a browser application on the PC if the invoice is already electronically available. The client can also simply take a picture of the receipt using a smartphone app and transfer it to their cloud mailbox.

Cloud OCR software records the content of the transferred documents and generates meta data and an ID for further processing. The original image file, the recorded content and the metadata are stored as entries in databases and then managed via a document management system.

GOALS

The aim of the project is the development of a cloud-based software solution for the implementation of new types of automated processes in online accounting, for which it is necessary to find new solutions for a more efficient design of the accounting workflow. As a result, internal processes such. B. can be automatically assigned to an accountant and accounted for by him. In addition, document-based communication should be developed between all those involved in the process.

RESULTS

The result is a market-ready software solution that gives customers more transparency and control over their company by means of intelligent processes and thus generating up-to-date financial data.
