You can add new users to your team at any time. As soon as the new user has confirmed your invitation, he can use SMACC. Viewing and editing access can be defined individually for each user.

SMACC offers you several options for the upload. If you already have an internal invoice mail address, you can simply activate a forwarding. You can configure a separate upload email address for each department. Do you still receive invoices offline? Ok, no problem - just scan them and let them be sent directly to your SMACC account. Direct upload is of course also possible.

With SMACC you are ready to go in 1 day. You do not need an external system administrator and do not have a high implementation effort.

You use DATEV? Perfectly! You can use the classic DATEV csv or the DATEV xml format. You use Salesforce, Microsoft Navision, Workday or SAP and want to connect an API? That’ s a very good idea! Just use our API documentation and let your IT department or an external partner integrate an interface according to your own wishes.

We focus on usability. Your users don’t need a course to learn how to use the tool, they will be able to use it intuitively. To implement SMACC you don’t need much time and no external consultant. The software we use to extract your invoices comes from the market leader. Feel the difference.

In SMACC you can configure your own worfklows. A variety of options are available to you. Budget related? No problem! You want to combine several users in one group and define them as approvers? Let’s first review what ZUGFeRD is. ZUGFeRD stands for “Zentraler User Guide des Forums elektronische Rechnung Deutschland”.This is a standardized invoice format which is compatible not only in the EU, but also internationally. It consists of a PDF and an xml file. The XML file includes the invoice details as structured data. This means that OCR extraction is not needed here. SMACC is able to process ZUGFeRD invoices, please contact us for more details.

There is no limit to the number of invoices you can upload at once. Please note that each document should not be larger than 100MB. When uploading many, many invoices at once, it may take a moment before all the invoices arrive in the tool and are processed. Also, when uploading by email, you should consider that your email provider may have a limit on the data size.

Please use only the PDF format.

There is currently no bank account connection offered. But don’t worry, you can import SMACC payment runs into any popular online banking tool, thanks to a standardized sepa xml format.

There is currently no payment matching offered. Invoices paid by credit card, direct debit or online payment service are automatically marked as paid, also invoices paid via SMACC payment run are marked as paid. This way you have a perfect overview of your outstanding invoices even without matching.
